San Diego AEP invites environmental professionals to our next CEQA Caselaw Club on November 12 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the County of San Diego Operations Center (5530 Overland Ave, 1st Floor, Room 124).
This month’s topic is Species, Statutes, & Significant Impacts. A panel of RECON biological experts will walk through recent changes to the regulations implementing the federal Endangered Species Act and discuss how they could affect biological resources analysis under CEQA.
